Chef, restaurateur, and Certified Angus Beef Ambassador based in Geneva, IL. Owner of FoxFire Restaurant (est. 2003) and upcoming venues 9 Vixens and Johnny Fox's. Twenty-plus years in the industry, from dishwasher to Steakhouse of the Year 2023. Featured on WGN, ESPN, and national food publications. When he's not behind the stove, he's on the road with Ozzie.

Azul French Bulldog. Certified road dog. Rides shotgun in his Kuryakyn Pet Palace, tongue out, wind in his face, judging every restaurant choice with absolute authority. Caught here at the Route 66 IMRG meeting — exhausted from the agenda, unbothered by the Indian behind him.

Burt's Place
The legendary, unpretentious pan pizza. Burt's has been slinging cast-iron pies since 1981 — no frills, no reservations, just the real thing. The Route 66 IMRG Culinary Cruise rolled in on March 22, 2026 for a full evening of pan pizza, cold beer, and good company.

Every part chosen with purpose. Every detail built to a theme. The Dog House started as a factory Dark Horse and was stripped down, bored out, and rebuilt from the cases up at Ozzie's Palace in Geneva, IL. The matte Riot Orange finish is untouched — the build wins on execution, not custom paint.

The Build
112 Big Bore Engine
The PowerPlus bored out to 112ci, paired with a Lloydz performance tune and Stage 2 camshafts. Instant throttle response and a powerband that pulls hard from idle — built at Ozzie's Palace in Geneva, IL.
TAB Dual Zombies
TAB Performance Dual Zombie exhaust with catalytic converter delete. Paired with Stage 2 cams and the Lloydz tune, the sound is sharp, aggressive, and unmistakable — compression and intent in every note.
Audio System
Custom audio build with upgraded fairing speakers installed in the pods. The system was wired during the full teardown at Ozzie's Palace — clean routing, no rattles, and road-ready volume for highway miles.
Alligator Bob Leather
Custom seat, trunk backrest, tank bib, and grip covers by Alligator Bob Leather and Exotics. Italian Alligator hide in Riot Orange tones over black Buffalo leather — the most talked-about detail on the bike.
Forever Rad T-Bar Kit
Forever Rad T-Bar handlebar kit on Boosted Brad risers. The taller bars and lifted suspension give The Dog House a commanding stance — forward-leaning, aggressive, and built for long miles.
Kraus 320mm Wave Rotors
Kraus radial caliper brackets with 320mm wave rotors and titanium-finish radial calipers. Massive stopping power with the visual impact to match — every detail intentional.
Baja Designs Lighting
Baja Designs LP6 and S2 auxiliary lights in amber. Against the matte Riot Orange paint at night, the amber glow creates a striking visual effect that perfectly matches the aggressive theme.
